For the personal data of your callers, you are the controller and AI Answer Call is the processor. We process that data only to provide the service and on your instructions.
We use subprocessors including our telephony provider, our AI provider, Stripe for billing, and Google for calendar features. We remain responsible for their handling of data.
We use industry standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least privilege. Secrets are stored in a managed secret store, not in code.
On termination we delete or return your data and your callers' data on a defined schedule, except where retention is required by law.
