You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity that happens under it. You must give accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.
AI Answer Call is $49 per month and includes 200 voice minutes per billing period. Minutes used beyond 200 are billed at $0.20 per minute, up to the monthly cap you set. Billing is handled by Stripe. We read prices and invoices from Stripe and never set a charge outside of your subscription and the overage you agreed to.
New accounts get a 14 day free trial. A card is required to start, and you are not charged during the trial. Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial so your service continues without interruption. We email you before the first charge, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the service for anything unlawful or deceptive.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features.
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your paid period. After cancellation your phone number is held for a grace window and then released. If you reactivate within the grace window you keep the same number.
To the extent permitted by law, AI Answer Call is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will give notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
